Cancellation / Refund Policy

Softspot Media provides 50% refunds of payments made if order is cancelled six (6) months prior to scheduled event date. Deposits made by Credit Card are 50% refundable minus credit card processing fees (3% of total charge) if cancellation is requested six (6) months prior to the scheduled event date. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation requests made within six (6) months of the scheduled event date.

Cancellation requests must be made via email or the “Send Cancel Request” button within “My Accounts” on softspotmedia.com.

If rescheduling an event, customer or authorized event coordinator must contact Softspot Media via Email at minimum 7 days prior to the rescheduled event date. Any request for cancellation 30 days or less before the event will not be granted a refund.

If the event is cancelled due to factors out of our control (i.e. weather, or any other unforeseen reason), customer or authorized event coordinator may reschedule the date of the event, within the same calendar year and based on availability.

Refunds typically process within 7 days. The entire order with any remaining balance will be billed in full for cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to scheduled event.
